Stewarding Volunteer Donors

At the heart of every thriving organization are people who believe in its mission. This presentation explores why organizations should steward volunteers with the same care and intention they give to donors. Both groups invest critical resources in the mission—donors contribute financial support, while volunteers provide valuable time, skills, and energy. By recognizing and appreciating volunteers in meaningful ways, organizations can strengthen relationships, deepen engagement, and build long-term support for their work.
