Managing Successful Volunteer Committees
Presented by Marci Mayer Eisen, MSW, ACC

Committees are essential to all nonprofits, especially when engaging volunteers. When do you step forward to direct and when do you step back to empower others? How do you create positive energy and also handle conflict most likely to arise? Explore the 5 stages of group development focusing on the role of the professional. Leave the workshop with ideas to create the types of committees that bring out the best in everyone while creating the desired impact.

Lunch will be provided.  To ensure we have enough food and beverage, please register for this meeting by Sunday, August 27th.

Parking is available at the Center. A parking map will be emailed out to participants prior to the meeting.
